Attitude is Everything!
Attention Business Owners: Have a bad attitude? I guarantee it is impacting your sales and performance of your business. I can't tell you how many times I have not done business with someone because their attitude was poor. Who wants to deal with that? This applies for us in the sit-behind-a-computer-job, too. Just because you are not face to face with a person doesn't mean you shouldn't be courteous and respectful! A potential client doesn't need to hear about your bad day, save that for someone else.
Speaking of us sit-behind-a-computer people, keep in mind that you should always act how you would if you were in front of that person. Would you say that to a person's face? Now is not the time to neglect saying thank you, or to be short with someone.
Good business starts with a good attitude! :)
